How does this service work?
Book Online
Book online to select your services, date, time & pay! The property is captured AS-IS, meaning it should look exactly how you’d like it before our arrival. You can use & share our Home Prep Guide to prepare the property for the shoot.
Shooting
Our goal is to show your property in its best & most beautiful light, as well as help potential buyers fully visualize the space. We ask that the property be vacated during the shoot, as this can significantly increase shooting time.
Editing & delivery
Once we leave the property. We take the raw footage & professionally edit it ensuring the property is ready to sell. Branded & unbranded real estate tours are delivered directly to the agent via an online dropbox.

How long is the cinematic video tour?
The duration of a cinematic video tour varies depending on the size of the home; however, they typically range from 1-3 minutes.

How do I access the video tour?
The video tour will be sent to the agent via an online dropbox as both branded and unbranded versions, where they can be viewed and downloaded.
All video tours are retained in the dropbox, free of charge for 6 months before they are removed. It is the agent’s responsibility to download the videos before they are removed.
Is there music in the video tour?
All video tours include royalty-free music, chosen by our professional video editor, to best fit the style of the home.
Please note, we do not include music on real estate TikTok / Reels, because one of the main ways to get discovered on social media algorithms is by selecting a music track directly on the platform!
What is the turnaround time for a video tour?
If a video tour is ordered as a standalone service on our booking page, it will be edited and delivered to the agent via an online dropbox within 1 business day or less of the shoot.
If a video tour is ordered as part of our packages, or alongside other services a-la-carte, they will be delivered within 2 business days or less of the shoot.
Do I need to meet you at the property?
Agents may meet us at the property or provide a lockbox code for us to enter the property. A homeowner may also provide us access to the property.
How long will you be at the property?
Depending on the size of the property and other factors, shooting time is typically between 1-2 hours.
What should I do to prepare the property for real estate photos?
We have put together a convenient real estate home preparation guide for agents and their clients to prepare a property for video tours.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the shoot?
Weather will be monitored prior to the shoot date, and if necessary, we will contact the agent on the day of the shoot to discuss options for rescheduling.
