Booking Policies


Agreeing to these policies upon booking your shoot will be the sole agreement governing the terms of the services provided in this agreement. No other agreement, written or oral, shall be upheld. Once the contract is signed by both parties, it cannot be cancelled unless both parties approve cancellation in writing. In the event of cancellation and if you have not paid the shoot amount in full, you will be responsible for payment on a pro-rated basis based on work completed prior to cancellation.

Booking & Payment

Payment is collected online on our booking form ahead of ALL real estate shoots / bookings. If additional fees apply, we will invoice you separately once the shoot is complete. Forms of accepted payment for invoices include eTransfer ( or credit card. If you are a resident of Canada, HST/GST will be added accordingly.

On our booking form, you should select the square footage of the property that is most accurate to your knowledge. If it is determined that the square footage of the property differs from the square footage selected during booking, we will invoice you for the difference in cost.



We guarantee that we have legal rights to all elements related to the services we are providing and will not hold you responsible for any third-party claims. You guarantee that you have legal rights to all elements you are providing us and will not hold us responsible for any third-party claims.

Once you receive all of the materials pertaining to your real estate booking, you are entitled to 2 rounds of complimentary revisions. For each additional round of revisions beyond the included two, a fee of $25 + HST per round will be invoiced separately. A “round” of revisions constitutes a single contained statement or email with a list of changes / modifications pertaining to the project.

For example, if Suzy would like the font changed on her feature brochure, and sends us an email advising us of this, that would constitute one revision “round”. If Suzy sends a follow-up email the next day that she would also like to change the colours of her feature brochure, that would constitute a separate round of revisions.


Our shooting hours are between 11am – 4pm, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Special exceptions such as shooting on weekends may be honoured on a case-by-case basis.

Upon arrival, we will shoot the property AS-IS, so it is important to have the location fully prepared for the shoot. View our free home prep guide for tips on how to best prepare the property for a shoot. For maximum creativity and safety, we also require the property to be completely vacated during the shoot, including owners, agents, tenants, tradespeople, and pets.

File Delivery

We deliver all files to the agent via an online dropbox, where files can be viewed and downloaded. All files are retained in the dropbox, free of charge for 6 months before they are removed. It is the agent’s responsibility to download the files before they are removed.

Matterport 3D Tours are embedded on our property websites, which we provide you a link to. 3D Tours are active for 6 months after the shoot date, unless the property has sold, whereby it is deactivated. If you wish to keep your tour active for a longer period of time, a fee of $5 + HST per month will apply.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

If a booking is cancelled due to poor weather or extenuating circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule the shoot for another day and time as close as possible to the original shoot date without penalty.

Cancellation of a booking more than 24 hours in advance of the shoot date/time without a wish to reschedule will be subject to either:

  1. A credit in the amount of the booking total applied to the agent’s account on our website, for use on a future booking OR
  2. A full refund to the original payment method without processing fees.


Rescheduling or cancellation of a booking within 24 hours of the shoot date / time will be subject to a $50 + HST fee. If a cancellation, the agent is entitled to either:

  1. A credit in the amount of the booking total applied to the agent’s account on our website, for use on a future booking (minus the cancellation fee) OR
  2. A refund to the original payment method minus the cancellation fee, as stated below in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

In the event that a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the shoot date/time, and that a refund is preferred to an account credit, we will provide a refund to the original payment method minus a $50 + HST cancellation fee.

Respect Policy

We reserve the right to decline or cease providing service in the event of disrespect, abuse or inappropriate behaviour towards any members of our team.

Design Services

For all design services (feature sheets, social media graphics etc), we only provide the design; we do not offer printing services at this time.


We (“Lucky Element Media”, A “Wonderscope Media Group Inc.” Company), reserve the copyright to all created works unless otherwise specified, and grant you (our client) exclusive rights to use, distribute and repurpose the works for any circumstances relating to the promotion of yourself or your business.


Service Areas

Listings located in the areas marked with green, yellow or red circles in the list below are subject to a travel fee. Travel fees will be invoiced separately after the shoot date, and will be enforced up to the discretion of our team.
